  I am so glad I came to this location. My husband and I came in with some pretty complex tax problems having moved here from England a few years ago. And while their front desk person was not a tax person, she knew so much and helped us do a drop off and gave us a list of other documents and items we would need. Then she double checked with a tax person and she was dead on right! Wow, even the front desk person was as sharp as a tack! We believe her name was Otia, she always has a great big smile on her face, and is so sweet and patient too. She listened to what we had to say, and asked us back to make sure she had it right. We went to another location which we wont give details on, but they made us feel like we weren't important to them. So we drove to Madison. We remembered the front desk lady we met. And boy were we glad to see her face, just a smilin and glowing all the time. Otia made us feel right at home despite our normal snobby demeanor coming from the ranks we have. But with Otia, I don;t think it would have mattered what our income was - she's nice to everyone from what we can tell- we didn't want to leave - she's funny too, laugh Out loud. Otia is why we came and we will tell all our friends for this tax season, where to go. She mentioned that we can also get book keeping services. Thanks Otia, we left you a note to thank you.
